As we head toward the turn of the new year we take a look at how the six Divisions are beginning to shape up.  A bit of a review, a few predictions, a hint of controversy and a couple of areas for debate.  I hope you enjoy the read.   Merry Christmas to all of our website visitors - have a safe and enjoyable time.

For what they're worth here are my pre-season predictions for the 2008/09 season.  Remember that they're just one man's opinions as a true neutral so don't take them over seriously.  After all, I didn't do too well last season.
In the last of our mid season reviews we look at the present state of Divisions 3A and 3B.  Who's still in with a shout of promotion and who looks to be favourite to lift the silverware?
There's still lots to play for in both Division 2A and Division 2B.  Who's still in with a chance of silverware?  Who's in danger of the drop and are there any dark horses poised to make a challenge in the second half of the season?
Here's our thoughts on how the top two Divisions appear to be panning out.  The remaining articles for Divisons 2 and 3 will hopefully follow along within the next week or so.
And finally, here is the pre-season preview for Division 3B.
Here's the pre-season preview for Division 3A.
The pre-season previews continue with Division 2A.  Division 2B to hopefully follow on Saturday.
Here's the pre-season preview for Division 1.  Further previews to follow later this week.
I've decided to write six different pre-season previews this time around.  We'll start with the Premier Division.  The rest will follow as and when I've written them.  This is the final call for those new teams who are yet to provide background details about their clubs.  Please E-Mail me at
